What can I say I’ve become a F1 fan, now that surprised me all I can think of is the non driving must be making me want to feel in some way the buzz of driving and F1 is as close as I can do for just now.

Now when I was walking at lunchtime I felt quite a lot of sensation all down the right side what really came as a surprise was the sensation was not limited to the right side but also included the left side where I guess the nerves were getting back in touch with things they previously couldn’t get in touch. The good thing it was more my legs than upper body (though it was wasn’t being left out just a little less) where of some concern before today because they didn’t seem to making as much headway, that is now corrected as the legs seem to making different changes though in the right direction.

I’ve also signed up for Flickr and Facebook because I don't have anything to post but I was annoyed that every time I went there I had to renter my list of friends so I joined them.

I saw Wolverine today and it was outstanding, nothing else can describe the total effect of the cinematography which is in my opinion outstanding.

last week I setup a new web site; it’s called www.kingstonheadsup.org.uk and is for a group I go to on Thursday mornings and is for people like me who who suffered a brain injury rather than a stroke or some sort of a disease. The people who attend the meetings seems nice and so does the lady who runs it. I copied the original work I had done on my personal site (now www.sorrell.mcleod.co.uk/scotty) so it uses the work done from www.udm4.com as a starting point.

what more can I sat I loved this movie – it’s a real feel good movie and it surprised me being so good
